Position Overview

The Commodity Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs while supporting manufacturing and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key commodities.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify cost saving opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000
Bonus or Variable Pay: 10% annual target
Equity or Other Perks: N/A
