About the Role

We are looking for a confident and approachable Communications Agent to help share information, answer questions, and encourage positive interactions with customers and the public. This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, explaining information clearly, and representing a company professionally. Training and ongoing development will help you build your communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information about products, services, and promotional activities.

• Engage with customers and members of the public in a friendly, professional manner.

• Explain offers, provide accurate information, and respond to general inquiries.

• Help ensure information is presented clearly and consistently during customer-facing activities.

• Support promotional initiatives and other in-person engagement activities.

• Coordinate with team members to keep activities organized and aligned with shared goals.

• Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge and presentation skills.
