• Coordinate with team members to ensure information is accurate and consistent.
• Record relevant inquiries, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
• Gather audience feedback and share useful observations with supervisors.
• Assist with communication activities at promotional events and company presentations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.
