Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid | 2–3 Days/Week Onsite

Job Summary
Support the Employer Brand team within Talent Acquisition with internal and external communications, employer brand initiatives, events, and content strategies.
The role involves event coordination, written and visual content creation, stakeholder communications, content approvals, digital asset management, and basic reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Support internal and external communications and employer brand activities.
· Assist with planning and coordinating employer brand events, including logistics and attendee communications.
· Create and update written and visual communication materials using established templates and brand guidelines.
· Coordinate communications with event attendees and stakeholders.
· Manage content and communication assets through established approval processes.
· Support digital asset management and governance.
· Track and report basic communications and employer brand activities.
· Contribute to employer brand initiatives and content strategies.
· Collaborate with the Employer Brand team and broader global teams on assigned projects.
· Follow established procedures to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-brand communications.
· Handle routine communications issues independently and escalate complex matters when needed.
· Complete assigned projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Required / Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in communications, content coordination, marketing, employer branding, or a related field preferred.
· Experience creating basic written and visual communication materials.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
· Basic experience with reporting and tracking.
· Experience with digital asset management is a plus.
· Spanish reading and writing skills preferred.
· Recruitment or HR experience is not required, but is beneficial.
