In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our organization's communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, capable of crafting compelling messages across various channels including social media, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s initiatives and events
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms including social media, email newsletters, and the company website
• Coordinate and manage media relations including drafting press releases and responding to inquiries
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Experience with media relations and drafting press materials
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
