Hourly Rate: $21.00 (Graduate)
All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location.
OVERVIEW OF DEPARTMENT:
The Operations Support & Organizational Resiliency team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operations across Metro-North Railroad, with a focus on both internal and external communications. We manage strategic projects, events, and customer and employee communications to support the railroad's mission of providing safe and reliable service.
OSOR leads and supports initiatives that showcase Metro-North as a great place to work and enhance accessibility to key communications.
The intern will support the communications team on a variety of ongoing internal and external projects and communications. Projects will include the creation of content for employee and customer newsletters, social media, intranet and employee screen updates, event communications, and other active campaigns. Projects will include video and photo support for events, and agency-wide initiatives.
