Communications Manager – Hybrid

Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract End Date: March 31, 2027

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and strategic Communications Manager to develop and execute social media and digital communications initiatives. This position is ideal for a strong communicator who can create compelling content, manage multiple social media platforms, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate across departments to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and target audiences.
• Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Develop digital content including written posts, graphics, videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with online communities to build relationships and maintain a positive brand presence.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and special events to increase engagement and awareness.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign and social media performance.
• Stay current on emerging social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, leadership, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage multiple communications projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Perform additional communications-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Communications Manager or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to create compelling written and visual content for different audiences.
• Experience interpreting social media analytics and using data to improve communications strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multifunctional teams.
