Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate company information, services, and promotional details to customers and other audiences.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist with preparing and organizing communication materials for company initiatives and events.
• Deliver clear, consistent messages in person and through approved communication channels.
• Support customer outreach activities and help maintain positive professional relationships.
• Gather questions, comments, and feedback to help the team understand audience needs.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and communicated on time.
• Help maintain organized communication records and reference materials.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with professionalism and courtesy.
• Contribute ideas for improving the clarity and effectiveness of customer-facing communications.
