Job Description

Pay Range: $24.67hr - $27.41hr

Job Overview:

Responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and external communications that support organizational goals. This role creates content, manages communication channels, and ensures consistent messaging across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with capital project teams to ensure consistent and timely communication across the portfolio.
  • Create and distribute communications on project execution, milestones, construction progress, and major project activities, such as construction milestones, outages, equipment deliveries, heavy hauls, commissioning and completion.
  • Develop presentations, updates, talking points, graphics, newsletters and other project-related communications content.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications throughout project development and execution.
  • Support regulatory, legal, governmental, community relations and volunteer activity communications needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
