The UAB Department of Urology is seeking a creative, versatile, and highly organized Communications Specialist to help elevate and expand our department's visibility across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with writing content for a variety of platforms, website content management, graphic design, and photography, with the ability to capture and showcase the people, programs, and achievements that make UAB Urology a national leader in patient care, research, and education. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with faculty, staff, trainees, and institutional partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.
