Community Associate- Funeral Industry

You will be developing and strengthening relationships with community organizations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. This position is perfect for someone who is motivated by meeting new people, enjoys being active in the community, and understands that strong relationships are built through trust, consistency, follow-through, and genuine connection.You will maintain and nurture existing community partnerships while identifying opportunities to develop new relationships. This includes participating in community organizations and clubs, attending events and galas, following up on referrals and creating opportunities.  Our ideal candidate will bring:

• Business development/ sales experience is a plus+ 

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A natural ability to network and build authentic professional relationships
• A high degree of initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

• A commitment to conducting business with the highest degree of integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system
