Community Employment Manager

General Position Summary: The Community Employment Services (CES) Manager is responsible for the direct supervision, training, and safety of all personnel and individuals receiving services. This position is responsible for supporting and promoting program services, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with organizational and funding requirements. The CES Manager is expected to perform regularly assigned duties with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment in carrying out responsibilities.Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise a team of 8-12 employment services staff.• Manage referrals, participant service delivery, and regulatory compliance.• Attend and support ISP planning and stakeholder meetings.• Monitor program performance, documentation, and revenue goals.• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and professional development.• Build partnerships with employers, agencies, and community organizations.• Ensure high-quality employment services and positive participant outcome

Status: Exempt - Full Time 40 HoursStarting salary:$4678.26/moSalary Range: $4678.26 to 5919.33Shift information: Typical schedule is Monday through Friday Day shift. Note: This position is responsible for supporting on-call and service coverage coordination. Start and end time varies based on operational needsLocation: SalemReports to: Employment Services DirectorQualifications:Two (2) year degree in human services or related field, with three (3) years of work experience in human services. Two (2) years of experience must have been in a position that included supervisory and training responsibilities. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Must have or be willing to complete within the first 6 months of employment, ACRE certification or CESP.
