We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager for 4 direct support services programs in a community health center located in Jackson Heights, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall compliance of programs assigned under the department of support services
Assist with grants management
Recruit and hire program staff
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff
Perform quality assurance and quality improvement.
Maintain and update educational and promotional materials.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Mental Health
Minimum 3 years of experience working with diverse and/or underserved population, including LGBTQ+, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, substance use disorder, children and families, etc.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing paid staff.
Fluency in Spanish or one of Asian languages a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours. Some evening(s) and weekend(s) may be required.
