Job DescriptionCommunity Liaison / Marketer - Part Time (10-15 hrs/week) Assisting Hands Home CareAssisting Hands Home Care is seeking a part-time Community Liaison / Marketer to drive local awareness and referral partnerships in the Scaggsville/Greenbelt area. This role is critical to connecting families, healthcare providers, and community organizations with the compassionate care services we provide.Core Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician officesRepresent Assisting Hands at health fairs, senior expos, and community events to increase brand visibility
- Educate referral sources and families on our home care services, specialties, and client care standardsCoordinate marketing materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns aligned with company brand guidelines
- Track outreach activities, referral volume, and community engagement metrics for monthly reportingPartner with operations and clinical teams to ensure messaging reflects our quality of careIdeal Candidate
- 2+ years experience in healthcare marketing, community relations, or business development, preferably in home care, hospice, or senior livingStrong network or familiarity with Maryland healthcare and senior services landscape
- Exceptional relationship-building and public speaking skillsProficient with CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Compassionate communicator who understands the sensitive nature of senior care decisionsMust have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible hoursCompensation $20-$25/hr commensurate with experience.
