Chick-fil-A is looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Marketing Assistant!

This isn't your typical marketing job! Instead of sitting behind a desk, you'll be out in the community building relationships, visiting local businesses, and sharing a little Chick-fil-A hospitality.

Imagine walking into a local office with complimentary cookies, brownies, or Be Our Guest cards and making someone's day a little brighter. That's what this position is all about!

Our mission is simple: Create meaningful connections, spread kindness, and help our restaurant grow through community relationships and catering opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visit local businesses, offices, schools, and organizations to spread Chick-fil-A hospitality.
• Surprise and delight people with complimentary treats and Be Our Guest cards.
• Build friendly, lasting relationships with businesses throughout our community.
• Introduce businesses to our Chick-fil-A catering options and help identify new catering opportunities.
• Represent Chick-fil-A at occasional community events and off-site marketing activities.
• Keep a simple record of businesses visited and potential follow-up opportunities.

The Details

• Position: Part-Time Community Marketing Assistant
• Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible, primarily weekday daytime hours, with occasional off-site events
• Location: Local businesses and community locations surrounding our restaurant
• Primary Focus: Community outreach, relationship building, and growing restaurant and catering sales
