We are actively looking for a Community & Office Coordinator to join our team! 



Primary Responsibilities:


Front Desk & Administrative Support

Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and job candidates in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming shipments, packages, and office materials.
  • Ensure common areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and supply closets remain organized, stocked, and presentable. 
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and company events.
  • Maintain inventory levels for office, kitchen, and facility supplies across the office. 
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively order supplies to ensure uninterrupted daily operations. 
  • Keep the office coffee station fully stocked and operational.
  • Load and unload office dishwashers as needed and help maintain clean, organized kitchen and cafe areas. 
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles as needed and coordinate with Janitorial Vendor to maintain a clean and professional office environment. 
  • Support office operations and administrative projects as needed.

  •  Experience managing office operations, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. 
  •  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. 
  •  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to anticipate office needs and create a positive employee and visitor experience. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities. 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude. 
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies, packages, and inventory items up to 25 pounds as needed.
