We are seeking a Community Outreach & Engagement Representative who enjoys connecting with people, communicating information clearly, and helping deliver a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent assigned campaigns and communicate their messages to members of the community.
- Initiate friendly, respectful conversations with members of the public.
- Explain campaign information, answer general questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support community outreach initiatives, promotional activities, and on-site activations.
- Build rapport through active listening, clear communication, and professional conduct.
- Work alongside campaign teammates to coordinate daily activities and achieve established objectives.
- Maintain accurate activity records and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Participate in coaching and training to improve communication and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfort speaking with people from different backgrounds.
- Good time management, organization, and follow-through.
- Willingness to receive feedback and work toward shared goals.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, public-facing roles, or community engagement is helpful but not essential.
