Community Strategies Coordinator Job Summary The Community Strategies Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), helping to effectively manage the CIO’s priorities, responsibilities, and day-to-day activities. This position serves as a trusted and highly organized partner to the CIO, coordinating schedules, meetings, communications, projects, and follow-up. The Community Strategies Coordinator plays an important role in helping the CIO and Community Impact team advance Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s strategic priorities and community impact goals. Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities): Executive and administrative support to the Chief Impact Officer (CIO): - Assist in planning, arranging, coordinating, and following-up on all meetings for which the Chief Impact Officer is chiefly responsible or as requested by the Chief Impact Officer. This may include arranging and scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing materials, compiling lists of attendees, maintaining and updating the Foundation’s database, verifying attendance, and drafting minutes.
- Coordinate and maintain the Chief Impact Officer’s schedule and time reporting. Make travel arrangements for out-of-town meetings of boards, conferences, speaking engagements and other matters.
- Prepare daily schedules to assure CIO is fully prepared for each day’s activities, including itineraries, directions, reservations and meeting agendas and materials. For internal meetings, reserve and set up conference rooms, arrange conference lines and audio-visual needs, and alert reception of visitors.
- Work with external schedulers for the outside boards and committees that the CIO serves on, and for the various community activities in which the CIO participates.
- Manage CIO’s credit card expenses and invoice processing, including coding and receipts. Prepare monthly expense reports for reimbursement of mileage, phone and data plan, and other miscellaneous expenses.
- Manage invitations, catering, logistics, venue/equipment rental and RSVPs for events, as needed. Assist with event set up, registration and follow-up for meetings that are initiated by the CIO. Larger GCF events will be handled by the GCF Events team.
- Handles routine written correspondence with non-profits, civic leaders, committees, and donors, as directed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments at GCF to assure smooth and efficient flow of projects.
- Maintain regular attendance and a visible presence in the office to be accessible to the CIO, internal staff, as well as external constituents.

Education and Experience: - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a non-profit or business setting
- Bachelors degree; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, in particular skills to write and edit correspondence for a chief level officer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong customer service attitude. Ability to communicate and interact will with external partners and non-profits.

Salary Range: $57,000-$62,000 Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
