Your career may be behind you—but your experience isn't.
Caring Transitions of Parsippany is seeking several friendly, outgoing Community Transition Ambassadors to help educate older adults and their families throughout Morris County and surrounding communities.
This opportunity is especially well suited for retired and semi-retired professionals who are looking for meaningful work, flexible hours, and the opportunity to stay engaged in their community while earning supplemental income.
Many of the families we serve are navigating retirement, downsizing, or a move to a new chapter in life. We believe there is tremendous value in having compassionate individuals who can relate to those experiences and serve as trusted peers and community resources.
This isn't a traditional sales position.
Instead, you'll represent Caring Transitions as a trusted local resource, helping people understand their options when downsizing, relocating, managing an estate, or preparing for life's next chapter. Your role is to educate, build relationships, and connect families with the support they need.
As a Community Transition Ambassador, you'll represent Caring Transitions by:
We'll provide presentation materials, training, brochures, business cards, branded apparel, and ongoing support.
You focus on building relationships—we'll handle delivering the services.
Experience in education, healthcare, real estate, customer service, nonprofit organizations, social work, community leadership, or volunteer service is welcomed—but not required. Comfortable networking and public speaking.
This role offers a flexible schedule with performance-based earnings.
You'll receive a $100 Client Acquisition Bonus for every new client who signs a service agreement with Caring Transitions as a direct result of your community outreach or educational presentations.
There is no cap on earnings, and you'll have the satisfaction of helping families during some of life's most important transitions.
We help families through life's biggest transitions with compassion, organization, and care. Whether someone is moving to a smaller home, transitioning to senior living, managing an estate, or helping a loved one, we provide guidance every step of the way.
As a Community Transition Ambassador, you'll become an important part of that mission while helping your neighbors navigate one of life's most important transitions.
If you're looking for purpose, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
