If so, we invite you to join our growing team!We offer:Competitive weekly payPaid time offLow-cost health, dental and vision insurance 401k plan with generous employer matchingCompany 100% paid short-term and long-term disability and life insuranceResponsibilities: Drive compactor sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new commercial customers requiring waste compactors and related equipment solutionsDevelop relationships with general contractors, construction companies, property managers, facility managers, developers, and other key decision-makersIdentify opportunities for new compactor installations, equipment replacements, upgrades, and service expansionsManage the sales process from initial prospecting and site evaluation through proposal development, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and targeted outreachRetain and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying additional compactor and waste service opportunitiesConduct job-site and customer-site visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate compactor solutionsPrepare proposals, RFP responses, pricing information, and other sales materials tailored to customer requirementsServe as the primary sales liaison between customers and internal operations teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and customer expectations are metMaintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, follow-up activities, and pipeline reporting using company CRM toolsDevelop a strong understanding of compactor equipment, waste and recycling services, industry trends, and competitive offeringsCollaborate with internal teams to support equipment installations, service coordination, and long-term customer satisfaction Qualifications:Three or more years of experience in sales prospecting, business development, negotiation, and account managementProven ability to develop new business, manage a sales pipeline, and close sales opportunitiesExperience selling compactors, waste equipment, industrial equipment, construction-related products, or commercial services is preferred but not requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify customer needs and recommend practical, cost-effective solutionsExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and calendarsFamiliarity with CRM systems or the ability to learn company sales toolsAbility to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize activities effectivelyWillingness to travel throughout South Central Wisconsin for prospecting, customer meetings, and site visitsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceAbout Pellitteri Waste Systems: Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as at the customer site confidential document destruction.
