Primary Objective of Position

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering quality, non-medical in-home care, supporting our mission, values, and vision. You will create a caring environment that respects the rights, dignity, and independence of each client.

Key Responsibilities

Your essential functions will include:

• Providing individualized attention to support each client's highest well-being.
• Following care plans to meet client-specific needs such as grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Maintaining an environment that promotes client rights, dignity, and choice.
• Reporting client changes or incidents promptly to supervisors.
• Supporting administrative tasks as needed.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Ability to bend, sit, stand, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Caregiver experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
