Nova Leap Home Health is looking for experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregivers to join our growing Lebanon team!

We provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes and are seeking dedicated individuals who are comfortable traveling throughout Lebanon and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Travel between client homes as scheduled

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving or home care experience REQUIRED
• Must be willing and able to travel to clients throughout Lebanon and surrounding areas
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
