The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the organizations compensation programs through market analysis, job evaluations, benchmarking, and pay administration activities. This role analyzes compensation trends, evaluates internal and external pay equity, and provides data-driven insights to support compensation planning and business decisions. The Compensation Analyst partners with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, aligned with organizational objectives, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
