Partner with the HR Manager and Corporate Talent team to manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities, maintaining job descriptions and FLSA classifications, delivering pre-hire skills testing, tracking key talent acquisition metrics, and conducting productive exit interviews. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds, balance, bend, stoop or kneel, climb, push/pull and squat, or crouch.
