Position Title: Compensation Analyst, Human Resources

Position Summary
The Human Resources Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries and the total employee benefit package. The Compensation Analyst partners with recruitment, finance and benefits arms of the Human Resources department and ensure they have current data that forms the basis of all strategic planning and best practices. Assist executive leadership with the execution and planning on current and future staff planning and recruitment efforts, benefits, and recognition programs. Provide HR communications as it relates to compensation and total cash rewards. Maintain linked compensation platform with compensation analytical data.
Note: We are targeting candidates with associate to intermediate-level experience in compensation; this role is not scoped for senior or expert-level professionals.
