Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Must have skills: -Compensation, AI, Business operations
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or similarly related discipline and 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
- Or Masters degree in in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or similarly related discipline and 0-1 years of experience in consulting, finance, compensation, recruiting or a similarly applicable field
- Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Project management experience – driving projects forward through analytics
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools and experience integrating them into work processes (prompt engineering, workflow automation, output validation) – hacker mindset. Experimenting w/ AI in free time or professional work
- Very sensitive/confidential work – needs to demonstrate discretion and sound judgement
