Compensation Analyst
Location: Portland, Oregon (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
This position provides professional-level assistance in the development, implementation, cost analysis, and administration of the organizations compensation program. The role involves job analysis and design, classification reviews, workforce management, systems support, and maintaining compensation tools. This position serves as a key resource for HR Business Partners and staff on compensation policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in HR administration. Experience with compensation programs/principle such as classifications, salary surveys, compensation structures, etc. Ability to manage small projects from concept to implementation.
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits required. Candidates must be local to the area. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability expected during standard business hours. Flexibility is available, though work outside these hours may be necessary for priority requests or labor negotiations.
