Complex HR Generalist

As Complex HR Generalist you'll make sure employees are enabled and empowered through HR programmes. You'll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues and hosts deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience at a senior level.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
