A well-regarded New York law firm is adding a Complex Litigation Associate (Lateral) to its team. This is a chance to do sophisticated, substantive work, take real ownership of your matters, and grow alongside experienced attorneys.

What you'll do

- Work on high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration

- Draft briefs and motions and manage discovery

- Take and defend depositions

- Prepare for and participate in trial

What you bring

- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

- 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a top firm or clerkship

- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
