Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes disputes.
• Manage various stages of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, written discovery, document production, and depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare persuasive legal briefs, motions, and other court filings.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide practical, strategic recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate discovery efforts, review evidence, and assist with case preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and fellow associates to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Manage multiple matters and competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work product.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including pretrial litigation, briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions.
• State Bar in good standing
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong academic credentials and experience at a large law firm preferred.
