    Description

    Achieve Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates should be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner. Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department. Coordinate internal calendars, deadlines, and departmental logistics. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and follow-up activities. Assist with quality monitoring and outreach initiatives. Support meeting preparation, scheduling, and coordination. Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree required. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power automate Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Professional demeanor and ability to treat all individuals with respect.
