As a Compliance Models, Data & Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming compliance risk monitoring through advanced analytics, streamlined reporting, and process automation. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's compliance framework while working with cutting-edge tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Reporting Excellence:Design and implement comprehensive compliance monitoring dashboards with strategic key indicators (KPIs & KRIs)Deliver timely, accurate monthly and quarterly reports with proactive issue escalationConduct in-depth data analysis studies to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesProcess & Documentation Management:Create and maintain detailed procedures, controls, and metric dictionaries ensuring regulatory alignmentIdentify golden sources and source data systems to address reporting needs and business requirementsDocument business requirements for compliance-related IT initiativesInnovation & Improvement:Enhance current processes through automation initiatives and technological solutionsAdminister and optimize compliance tools to maximize efficiency and effectivenessExecute and continuously improve Data & Innovation team BAU processesAssist in developing AI initiativesStrategic Support:Assist CACIB Compliance Management with implementation of existing and new initiativesAdapt to evolving priorities as defined by Compliance ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally to drive compliance excellenceOther responsibilities include:Assist the CACIB Compliance Management on the implementation of existing and/or new initiativesAny other assignment defined as a priority by CACIB Compliance Management Salary Range:$125K-$150K #LI-DNI
