Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team! As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting any safety or compliance issues. You will also be working closely with management and staff to help ensure compliance with any and all state, federal, and company regulations. The ideal candidate is observant, has strong attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities - Maintain compliance standards and regulations, and report violations as appropriate
- Oversee all relevant business operations that directly relate to compliance policies and procedures
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation of compliance, investigations, and eventual outcomes
- Work closely with management and staff to ensure everyone is informed on current safety regulations and all policies are being followed
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Compliance Manager or in a similar position
- Experience with in Mental Health and Joint Commission Requirements
- Experience with State Requirements for a Out Patient Mental Health Clinic
- Understanding of regulations and compliance on a state and federal level, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
