Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer needed for the FL-DBPR Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes division. This assignment is approximately 11 weeks in length, in a professional office/business casual environment (contract/temporary position - no benefits including PTO/paid holidays).

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss details of filed complaints
• Read state statutes and compare with complaints to analyze issues
• Communicate with the public, providing strong customer service
• Advise complainants of the Division\s jurisdiction and case closure reasoning
• Provide resources or referrals as appropriate
• Send written correspondence to complainants once approved by supervisor
• Close cases by adding appropriate codes/activities/statutes in Versa
• Document actions in the OnBase system

• Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment
• Experience working with the public and analyzing complaints
• Experience using Versa Regulations with DBPR - highly desired
• Experience using OnBase system - highly desired
