Job Title: AML Analyst

Responsibilities:
Have proficient knowledge in AML/BSA modeling including machine learning and AI knowledge, will be serving as auditor in charge to be responsible for running internal audit independently and provide effective challenge.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
5 plus years of experience
• Model Experience (required): experience developing, validating, or independently reviewing AML, BSA, and KYC models, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, alert prioritization, or customer risk rating models. Expertise in model risk management, data quality assessment, conceptual soundness reviews, outcome analysis, and regulatory compliance across traditional statistical, machine learning, and hybrid analytical models.
• Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Expertise (preferred): Experience evaluating and validating models leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies for use cases such as adverse media screening, customer due diligence, alert dispositioning, suspicious activity detection, etc. Strong understanding of AI model governance, explainability, bias and fairness assessments, model monitoring, and regulatory expectations for AI-enabled financial crime compliance solutions.
• Audit Leadership and Auditor-in-Charge Experience (preferred): Ability to serve as Auditor-in-Charge for complex model internal audit. Experience leading audit teams, developing risk-based audit programs, communicating findings to the business and senior management, and providing actionable recommendations aligned with regulatory guidance
