To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organization
Assist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulations
Support internal audits
Prepare documentation for external audits
Identify potential compliance risks and contributes to the development of corrective action plans
Ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies
Manage MIPS collection and reporting
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplan
Prepare and distribute compliance reports and contribute to the monthly newsletter
Manage third-party risk/vendor management processes and assist with radiation and OSHA requirements
Collaborate with HR, IT, RCM, and other departments on compliance initiatives
Uphold confidentiality and safeguard all compliance-related documents and communications
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; legal or healthcare-related field preferred
4+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experience
Experience with internal audit and reviews
Certification (CHC or CHPC) preferred; willingness to obtain certification within 12 months required
Have an understanding of the OIG compliance program guidance
Experience working closely with medical providers
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality
