We’re Hiring: Experienced Compliance Specialist

Join our team as a Compliance Specialist and help ensure our operations meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.

What you’ll do:

• Manage compliance policies and procedures
• Manage project management platform(s)
• Conduct reviews, audits, and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Must Have:

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, sound judgment, and experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline

• Experience conducting audits or reviews, analyzing findings, and developing corrective action plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, judgment, and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable reporting and documentation tools

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive compliance or audit experience
• Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, or a comparable credential
• Familiarity with regulatory examinations, investigations, third-party risk, privacy, or information security compliance
• Background in a regulated industry or experience supporting multi-site or complex organizations
