What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-powered solutions using watsonx Orchestrate, knowledge bases, tools, skills, and MCP servers
- Develop software using modern programming languages, primarily Python and TypeScript
- Create AI agents that automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Build integrations using APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and AI practitioners to deliver high-quality solutions
- Apply software development best practices, including source control, testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Explore emerging AI technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to real-world business challenges
- Present your work, share ideas, and contribute to technical discussions within the team
- Learn how software moves from concept through development, deployment, and production support
