Computed Tomography Technologist – Full Time

We’re seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you’ll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician’s scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year experience required as a CT Technologist in a CT setting.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R). CT Registry required or candidates close to eligibility with CT competencies completed. If ARRT CT is not yet obtained, it must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required or must obtain prior to start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• California Venipuncture Certificate required or must obtain prior to start date.
• Experience or demonstrated ability with Siemens and Philips CT scanners preferred.
• No interventional CT procedures required for this role. Cross-training opportunities available if interested. Employer open to training newer candidates for long-term growth.

Equipment & Environment:

• Facility type: Outpatient.
• On-site equipment includes Siemens scanners (128 and 64), Philips scanners (128 and a large bore 16), and a Siemens Naeotom Alpha spectral scanner.
• Interventional-capable scanner is present at one site; this role does not require interventional duties unless cross-training and interest are indicated.
