Job Summary:
This role provides essential face-to-face and remote technical assistance to internal employees, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues. The analyst will diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient IT operations. They may also contribute to infrastructure projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive desktop and mobile device technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software-related problems.
- Fulfill client service requests and assist with IT-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and system-wide events.
- Contribute to knowledge base development and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:- Minimum one year of IT computer field support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile computing devices.
