Responsibilities

• Travel across assigned metro locations to complete on-site laptop and desktop repairs
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including hard drive, motherboard, and keyboard replacements
• Perform unit swaps and repair or replace essential PC peripherals
• Accurately close service tickets in real time using a company-provided smartphone
• Provide professional customer support at client locations
• Maintain organized service records and adhere to company standards
• Manage travel efficiently using your own reliable vehicle

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop break-fix repairs
• Familiarity with computer assembly and disassembly
• Working knowledge of hardware and basic Microsoft applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current car insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
