Computer Network Architect - Secret

Our client is a global leader in remote satellite-based communications solutions that solve our customers’ toughest communications challenges in urgent time frames and under extreme conditions.  They specialize in enabling complex communication networks that are critical to the operations of the Department of Defense, Civilian Government, and commercial markets.

They are seeking a Computer Network Architect to provide, design, and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. 

Qualified Computer Network Architect should have the below skills: 

-Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent demonstrated experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
-Minimum 5 years in the Department of Defense contracting market of major weapon systems product development and acquisitions.
-Develop, implement, and maintain secure network designs and architectures.
-Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
-Ensure all network architecture aligns with organizational security standards and compliance requirements.

This role is located on site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active Secret level government clearance. Salary for this role is between $80,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and contract requirements.
