Includes, but not limited to: Desktop computers, Displays, Laptop computers, Chromebooks, Charging carts and stations. Doc Cams.Images or re-images computers as repair procedures required.Determines if symptoms are hardware or software issues, troubleshoots and determines resolution.Research repair problem issues and determine best solutions for new and/or previously unseen hardware failures.Source repair parts and determine best value and performance in relation to TCO.Accurately maintain and track inventory and repair records for all completed repairs, including billable charges.Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) for warranty repairs, and other warranty procedures as required.Image desktops and laptops for deployment.Work in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Active Directory Users and Computers console.Support all district technology - iOS devices, Chrome, Windows, and SMART and other interactive technologies.Perform other duties as assigned.
