Three (3) years of customer service experience Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Have a keen attention to detail Miscellaneous Information: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; 40 hours per week.
