Titles: Computer Support Specialist
Duration:  Contract
Location: Albany, NY (12257)
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
Pay: USD 20/hr – USD 24/hr

Position summary:
Responsible for reviewing database records, evaluating documentation, and responding to inquiries through professional email communication. Ensures timely, accurate resolutions while working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
• Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
• Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
• Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
