Title: Computer Support Specialist
Duration: 2 years
Location: Albany NY, 12206
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9:00-5:00)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr

Position summary:
The role combines IT support, data management, survey administration, provider communication, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with data collection policies and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify healthcare providers about survey availability.
  • Follow up with non-responding providers.
  • Assist providers with survey questions.
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal staff.
  • Assist employees with software, hardware, and data tools.
  • Coordinate with NYS IT’S for equipment installation and software requests.
  • Track IT support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in healthcare, government, or survey administration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing complex databases.
  • Experience communicating with providers, customers, or stakeholders.
