The Fundraising & Development VISTA will focus on capacity building, donor development, fundraising infrastructure, research, and systems creation. The VISTA will help build systems and processes that increase fundraising effectiveness and sustainability. Develop fundraising plan to identify strategies to increase funding. Research and identify grant and funding opportunities aligned with disaster recovery, poverty alleviation, and community resilience. Work with the organization leadership to develop systems for diversified revenue generation including increasing corporation and foundation giving. Develop tools to track grant outcomes, reporting requirements, and funding pipelines. This position is expected to serve fully in-person.
