POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Experience Concierge at The Landmark will support the client experience and appointment business at The Landmark and be a trusted resource for all domestic and global clients visiting The Landmark. The Client Experience Concierge will ensure each client receives the Tiffany Touch by providing highly personalized one-to-one client experience, and ensure Tiffany & Co.'s brand heritage, prestige, and traditions are upheld. The Client Experience Concierge must be well-connected in hospitality, fine dining, and New York culture.

Luxury Client Service

  • Offer luxury services and elevated, bespoke experiences directly to clients, VIC clients, and Executive Committee members.

  • Curate unique client experiences by proactively researching NYC offerings and arranging activities, entertainment, dining, and transportation.

  • Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and servicing offerings through storytelling.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in and around New York City to ensure priority client access.

  • Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.

  • Manage schedule of multiple private spaces within The Landmark.

  • Engage in direct client discovery for each appointment to fully customize and personalize all touch points.

  • Participate in networking activities to ensure the chosen vendors and restaurants meet brand standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Acts as a liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Team Managers, and other departments and stores to fulfill client needs.

  • Partner with the Client Experience Manager and Director to maintain standards for hosting moments.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Client Experience department for various tasks.

  • Lead internal tours of The Landmark and serve as a brand ambassador.

  • Support all hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven networking expertise within New York City

  • Event and catering management

  • Expertise in coordinating car and travel arrangements

  • Adept in creating detailed, bespoke itineraries

  • Demonstrated ability to craft memorable bespoke experiences

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

  • High sense of urgency

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of luxury hospitality experience

  • Multilingual proficiency highly preferred

  • Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants, both domestically and globally

  • Proven experience working with VIC clients

  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The hiring range for this position ranges from $30.60 to $41.40. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
