BG Staffing is seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge to support a premier apartment community in Houston, TX 77008. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional resident service, maintaining a professional presence, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors.

Position Details

• Role: Concierge

• Location: Houston, TX 77008

• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Weekend Availability: Required

• Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and outstanding customer service
• Manage package intake, logging, storage, and resident notifications
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and community information
• Monitor building access and follow community security procedures
• Coordinate communication between residents, management, maintenance, and vendors
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation
• Ensure the lobby, amenity spaces, and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a positive resident experience at all times

Qualifications

• Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, hotel, or property management experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
