Summary Of A Concierge The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and families, ensuring a warm, professional, and helpful environment. This role supports the comfort, satisfaction, and well-being of residents by coordinating services, assisting with requests, and working closely with clinical and support staff.

- Greet and assist residents, families, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate non-clinical resident services such as transportation, dining reservations, event sign-ups, and personal requests.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby or front desk area.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Support new resident orientation and transition.
- Handle resident requests and concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling.
